Vendor FAQ

Here are some common questions that vendors ask. 

Q: How do I apply to become a vendor?

Once you’ve downloaded and read our Terms and Conditions, you can apply to be a vendor below. You will need to create an account to apply.

Q: Can I choose my vendor space?

Spaces are assigned based on availability, market needs, and product type. We do our best to accommodate specific requests.

Q: What are the market hours?

The market operates every first Sunday of the month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Q: Do I need my own setup equipment?

Yes, vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and displays. Tents should be no larger than 10×10 feet.

Q: Is electricity available at the market?

Electricity is not available. Vendors are permitted to bring their own, quiet generators, as long as they also have an appropriate fire extinguisher.

Q: What is the fee to participate as a vendor?

Our vendor fees are:
$40 for produce vendors for a 10’x10′ space per market
$45 for all other vendors for a 10’x10′ space per market
$250 for Corporate Partners for a 10’x10′ space per market (no selling, informational only)
Non-Profits are free for a 10’x10′ space per market (no selling, informational only)
(Non-Profits are on a rotation basis to ensure opportunities for all who would like to participate. Limit of 3 non-profits per market.)

Vendors paying for a full season in advance will receive a 10% discount.
